Please note: policy applies to all sessions.
RAW / unedited photos will not be provided under any circumstances. Once professionally edited photos are provided, they are not to be additionally edited in anyway (whether by use of filters, additional editing, or other visual altering). The photographer (Morgan Hamad) holds the right to cancel a session at any time - for example, if a session is scheduled to be outdoor and the weather is potentially not satisfactory for said shoot / could cause damage to photography equipment. All sessions will be paid in full no later than the day of the scheduled photoshoot - with the exception of an installment plan, in which this must clearly be communicated and put into place no later than 5 business days prior to session date. The photos provided are able to be used for any personal reason, however, the copyright will be retained by the photographer (Morgan Hamad). Turnaround time for session dates average 7-12 business days for non-wedding sessions and 12-14 weeks for wedding sessions - please note: this is an average turnaround time and not an exact time frame. If the package you chose includes a print credit, this credit will expire 30 calendar days after your edited photos are returned to you.
