How do I order prints?
Please head to the "order" page and fill out the form! There are different medium options as well such as canvas, metal, etc. If nothing is specified, photo orders will be defaulted to luster photo paper. If you have more questions about ordering, head over to the "contact" page and let me know!
How do I download an image?
Head over to the "order" page, and let me know which photo(s) you would like a digital copy of. Once payment is received, I will send you your digital photo(s)!
How long until I can see my images?
I always try to get your images to you as soon as possible! However, sometimes life gets in the way... I generally say you will receive your digital images within 2-3 weeks after your session date. (Possibly sooner!)
Weddings, of course, tend to take longer due to the large number of memories being captured!
How long until I receive my prints?
After you place your order, it normally takes about 2 weeks for your prints to be delivered, depending on the USPS.
How far in advanced should I book a session?
I highly recommend contacting me about 3-4 weeks in advanced to ensure a spot. However, I may have spots available... so never hesitate to contact me, even if it is not within the 4 week recommendation!!
Can I order more prints at a later time?
Absolutely! You can place an order at anytime.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, check, Venmo and Apple Pay are all accepted!
Do you charge for travel?
The first 30 driven miles outside of the Rio Grande, Ohio (zip code 45674) area are free of charge! Anything outside of 30 driven miles is a $1 per mile charge.
